AWC Bhd is an investment holding company which provides total asset management services such as integrated facilities management and engineering services to building owners. The company has three divisions namely, Facilities division comprises of concession segment, Healthcare segment, and commercial segment; Engineering division comprises of plumbing and air-cond segment and Environment division comprises of pneumatic technology used for waste collection and transports it via reticulated pipes. Most of its revenue is earned through its facility segment from Malaysian market, while it also has a presence in Singapore, UAE, and other countries.

solid result and low PE. A matter of time before goes back to pre-covid price. In fact, may go even higher as its Facilities Division contract has entered 6th year where contract value is now increased by 13.5%. AWC has also secured some contracts in the past few months.

What happens to Dato' Ahmad Kabeer Bin Mohamed Nagoor, the major shareholder who last bought 549,000 shares @ approx. 54 sen o June28, 2021? Rather quite recently though very active in share purchase in 2021. I think confidence will only come if he resumes his acquisition. Net cash of 28.5 sens. Don't tell me the business is only worth 19.5 sens after considering the net cash position?
