After a major downtrend from the spike up prices previously, prices have been ranging for almost a year. As shown in the graph, we can see that prices are dangling around the balancer for a few months indicating low momentum. 
 
Until recently, we see can prices break above the balancer and spike all the way up towards the Triple Fibonacci Resistance Level. That is the point where the prices could not contain the momentum anymore and forced reverse lower. 
 
However, notice that the reversal was not strong enough to return to the balancer, this indicates strength, whereby a possible uptrend is coming. Today we see a re-test of the Triple Fibonacci Resistance Level again. If prices are able to break the Level, then prices should head towards the 2nd Last Defense at 4/1 Gan Fann Level.
