Description
KPPROP is mainly involved in the property development and hospitality businesses primarily in Malaysia.
Fundamentals
KPPROP remained optimistic on the recovery of property market with encouraging demand for Bloomsvale and completed projects such as Straits Residences. Nevertheless, the group would continue to focus on monetising unsold inventories and ongoing projects. The group is cautiously planning on the upcoming launches to tailor accordingly with the current market demand.
