Hi friends, 

Sometimes immersing yourself in the creative world of people doing amazing things can bring amazing results. I would like to share them here hope this will inspire others as they inspire me.

One friend has inspired me and I have to say that she has done a good job researching an ugly duckling before it transform into a swan.

TENACIOUS MATTERS.

You have to do as many try before you can execute a perfect skill. You might not be very good when you start out. But you are persistent, tenacious enough, you can be amazingly good. Relax, calm down and keep trying until materialized.

KNOW THE MISSION WELL.

Most doesn't know their mission well, because they are trying to push forward their mission as fast as possible. They often don't know what they are doing about. They must truly care whether they're  producing from their actions in fast mode. One must know all the possibilities at the end. The end result is the most important of all. Only the best will deliver.

CONSTANT RE-ADJUSTMENT.

When you are adjusting to our priorities is not a bad thing. If you can rebalance your priorities in every aspect, all your planning. Pause a while and recheck, if anything needs re-balancing. The world is changing fast. Adapt to the changes and avoid fixation of your mind. 

CHANGE THE METHODS.

Its your learning process. It's not a failure of you in person. It's your methods. This is not a simple problem. It's a major task to solve. You will not able to solve this overnight or in a few days. A step at a time now and that's all that matters. No matter how ugly it is, it doesn't mean they never transform. It will happen if they're making the right step at the right time. 

SWITCH THE MODE OF THINKING.

When you are in a fast mode. You are not going to be able to handle something that requires more focus and thoughts. If you can't catch up with the fast mode, prepare yourself to a less switching and more staying. Take a calmer state of mind to understand the bigger picture rather than emotionally.

REALIZED WHEN IT IS UNREAL.

The fantasies, the expectation, the wishing if it is beyond your control, it is just made up from your head. It happens to all including me, if it is not a real. Let it go. Instead, look for productive, innovative, creative measures from the fast and neat. They mean business and they are real.

REAL AND MEAN.

It takes a lot of practice and patience. But its ok. Life is always a constant practice. Get yourself ready for the tough and the real world. The intelligent always realistic and mean. Their implementation often will be fast and furious.

SENSE AND INSTINCT

Trust your instinct. This is not scientifically proven but I believe it. You can ignore this topic if you don't agree. If you have this capability, pause, detects and sense whether it is possible or impossible. It may turn out to be wonderful if you are able to connect within yourself.

A MIRACLE OF THE UGLY DUCKLING.

There will be a series of unexpected events to be unveiled soon, from an ugly duckling to a beautiful swan.... That duckling has been ignored being ugly and noisy. The transformation is on the way to its glory.

The emotions of the intellectual may never accept the fact of the ugly duckling story.

You will be rewarded for your determination and patience.
