Sharing: Seacera, something interesting will happen; can take this as a material to test your knowledge level as well.
What is on the table:
- Seacera-wa will expire on 26th April
- Seacera-wa conversion price RM1.00
- 1 warrant convert into 1 mother
- Mother share price now RM1.03
- Seacera-wa traded volume extremely high started this week
What is behind the curtain: One stone kill 3 birds
- First bird: Seacera can receive fund from conversion
- Second bird: Seacera share price will be jacked up
- Third bird: Seacera-wa holder can make hefty gain (top up RM1 to convert)
How to “kill the birds”:
- Control the mother share price, but maintain slightly above RM1.00, and not allowing it to go up until 26th April
- “somebody” can load in as many as warrant they could (this can justify via daily traded volume) (further explain this in separate note)
- “Somebody” convert the warrant into mother, meaning Seacera will receive fund.
- Seacera can utilize the fund receive, to BUY BACK its own share in the market, here will start to push up share price.
- Seacera will sell the BOUGHT BACK share via Direct Business Transaction (DBT) to fund management (engage briefing to tell fund manager about the company prospect)
Further explain on note 2: We all know that, Seacera-wa soon will expire, and the current mother share price is not worth to convert. Based on the fact, daily traded volume is extremely high started this week, it suggests some one is acquiring it. Since most of the people know the warrant is not worth, then why some one still buying? unless he/she knows the entire game plan.
If you found out this is complicated, it means u need to improve.

If I buy son, I must convert to mother b4 26 April?
Finding $$ to convert takes time. What if I have not found sufficient by 26 April, can I still convert by 2 May??
Anybody can tell me?

If the above theory is true, there will be some action on both mother and WA with wild price fluctuation on Tuesday & Wednesday. Maybe can play another round :)

Already up so much still worth chasing? Better find out next Seacera. Is it chased up due to warrant going to expire? Which warrant expire next month or June?

Notion and seacera warrant also same trend like that. when near to expiry, mother go up to > warrant exercise price, so that people are interested to convert warrant. The conpany will willing to do it so as they will receive fund from the conversion.

if warrant holder not quick to run for life before next week, sure die standing !!!
only fool will convert !!! once you pay the money for convert, the mother will drop back to the price where it pump up !!!!

Not all expiring warrant being pushed up at the last minute, it depends on the reasons to do so like corporate exercise, etc. Like what the article said, I also believed something interesting will happen to this counter.

yeah...worried that before ur converted mother shares go into ur account, mother shares price already dropped. The private placement was fixed at 1.00, so the takers already in 30% profit now. I also concur that SMRT could be the next SEACERA, its WA is expiring coming August. Still have time to goreng up to entice warrant holders to convert
