SMTo Exhibits ViTrox's Vision Inspection Solutions at SMTA Guadalajara 2017!

SMTo will showcase ViTrox's award-winning 3D product- V510i Optimus 3D AOI at the upcoming SMTA show. It is one of the best-selling products and also known as one of the market leaders in 3D AOI Inspection. V510i Optimus 3D AOI's system provides the cost-effective platform with highest throughput. Its platform also offers intuitive programming and user-friendly interface to ensure that high-quality programs can be created easily and quickly for production.

SMTo will also introduce ViTrox's 3D Computed Tomography (3D CT), where the joints can be rendered in 3D CT model and now it's installed in V810 systems. This release eventually helps the operator to justify the defects easily and ease the buyoff process. Furthermore, users can analyze on the joints in detail such as voiding volume measurement and barrel fill insufficient percentage with 3D CT Model. 

V-ONE, the Smart Manufacturing platform, will be demonstrated during the show. V-ONE is the newly launched software-based product by ViTrox that combines all of the previous and future ViTrox software into one suite of solutions. It connects the inspection machines in SMT production lines in order to monitor their performance on a real-time basis. Users are able to manage factories smarter and optimize factory resources across geographical locations by utilizing the features of V-ONE.
