Penang, Malaysia– April 2018 – ViTrox announces that its V-ONE is now collaborating with Fuji Corporation for the Smart Manufacturing Project, effective 21^st April, 2018.

ViTrox’s software-based solution, V-ONE is now integrated with Fuji Corporation through Host Interface in order for V-ONE to retrieve Fuji’s equipment information. With this integration, Fuji’s equipment machine information will be automatically flowed to ViTrox’s V-ONE and then Advanced Optical Inspection System (AOI) for further analysis and processing.

Moreover, Fuji’s software, Nexim uses the easy link to receive ViTrox’s system information for some valuable actions, such as offset. ViTrox is always ready to support Fuji if there is any closed loop feature which need to be done. Besides, V-ONE will support Fuji Nexim’s Automatic Line Change Over function. This feature is still in developing process, shall launch it in Phase II integration.

The purpose of collaborating with Fuji Corporation is to optimize the production performance through implementation of a Smart Manufacturing Solution. Through the collaboration of V-ONE and Fuji, both companies’ products are able to connect with each other seamlessly, and move toward the Smart Manufacturing goal.
