Ellen Pao, the interim CEO of Reddit, has decided to eliminate money talk from the company's hiring process. Her reason? Women often can't win salary talks, and she's seen countless times how women struggle with salary negotiations. We opened our lines to hear what your listeners has to say about it.

Easy way out work oversea eg S'pore, Dubai, Brunei etc sure get higher salary than work in M'sia although parents at home may not like it.
