Using Older Adults To Benchmark New Tech

New tech is primarily based on younger consumers. The problem is, doing so potentially eliminates a whole segment of older people who aren’t comfortable with the way tech is designed. However as research shows, designing new tech with older adults in mind could solve that problem.
