It’s been a tough time for restaurants worldwide. Many well-known names and favourites are closing their doors, and other chefs are trying to figure out just how long they can hang on for.
But there are a couple of outliers, one of them over in the US is Bonchon. A quick service chain known for Korean Fried chicken - and they’re still growing.
