We revisit the concept of Keluarga Malaysia, after the PM admonished his department for not promoting it enough. First, an assessment on how well this motto has actually worked for the government and in uniting the country as a family. Then, we look into the importance of having a branding that resonates with people, and ways to achieve that. Finally, we dissect whether it's fair to expect promotion of a motto from civil servants.
