《迈向另一个高峰： 稳定的成长 Going to the next level of Sustainable Growth》
昨天2016年9月30日， bluefun 收到了 Gadang 2016年度的 Annual Report，只能用两个字“速度” 来形容。因为9月29日才在 bursa里发布，这么快就送到我手上了，哈哈哈。
2016年 Annual Report的标题是 "Going to the next level of Sustainable Growth迈向另一个高峰： 稳定的成长"。
2015年 Annual Report的标题则是 " Building Stronger Growth 创造茁壮地成长"
看来 Gadang 想带出的讯息就是从茁壮的成长之后，公司想继续稳定的成长，迈向另一个高峰，大放光芒。
目前为止， Gadang 手握的 order book 如下，还没算进近期宣布的 Kwasa Land的 development partner，依然处于健康良好的水平，可让公司忙碌至 2018年。
Construction： 656.7m
Property： 233.7m
公司面对一些不良因素如强烈竞争性的建筑业， 上扬的建筑材料价格，缺少建筑员工的困境，还有缺少高技术的建筑员工会使到公司的 profit margin 受到一定的威胁。
而公司也提到会继续选择性地竞标"high profit margin"的 construction 合约，以增加手握的订单，保持良好的水平。
虽然面对全球的经济放缓，还有本地经济的不确定性，外围与内围因素，公司对于市场的成长保持乐观的态度，会继续创造更加鲜明的策略，以贡献 于FY2017的业绩，达到良好的表现。
对于 Gadang的前景， bluefun 感到乐观。 所谓“种树需要时间，乘凉需要人陪”，就让她继续茁壮地成长下去呗。 XD
往前看，不断地进步，对于梦想的追逐。

forget the price movement everyday and wait for your TP
the only problem is TP keep adjusting higher after each new growth factor emerge
