Baswell Resources (RM0.75) ? SELL
FY10P/E: N/A, P/BV: 1.4x

? Baswell?s sharp rise over the past few days finally drew some profit taking activities yesterday. The formation of a black candle could deter further upswing in prices, suggesting that its near-term gains would likely be capped at RM0.80.
? Technical indicators remain conducive but we are turning a bit cautious here. If the candles fail to surpass the RM0.80 level, expect a deeper correction to be underway.
? There is a weak support at RM0.70. Falling below this level would likely drag Baswell towards RM0.605 and RM0.54 next. We will stick with the bears? camp for now. Only a break above RM0.82 would negate this bearish view.

Baswell Resources is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company manufactures and exports wooden furniture with inhouse preservative treatment and kiln drying facilities. Baswell Resources also converts corrugated paper boxes.

Time dotCom (RM0.405) ? SELL

FY10P/E: N/A, P/BV: 1.0x

? Time dotcom has been gyrating sideways since early-May. At current levels, broker think sellers may dominate. There is an immediate resistance at RM0.425, while further gains would likely be capped at RM0.46.
? MACD is losing a bit of pace here while its signal line is about to hook downward. Meanwhile, its RSI is also dwindling towards the lower band of the neutral zone.
? In view of strong resistances ahead, trader should do well selling into strength. A crack below its key SMAs would induce greater selling pressure. Support is weak at RM0.385 and RM0.365.

TIME dotCom is an investment holding company. The company, through its subsidiaries, provides voice, data, video, image communication, and payphone services. TIME dotCom also provides and markets Internet services to consumers including World Wide Web, organization and aggregation of content, on-line call center, on-line services, on-net advertising, and virtual
data storage.

Wah Seong Corporation (RM2.40) ? BUY
FY10P/E: 12.9x, P/BV: 1.9x

? Wah Seong has been consolidating in a symmetrical triangle formation over the past few weeks, which is usually perceived as a continuation pattern in an uptrend. If prices can surpass its recent high of RM2.48, then a breakout run should lift the stock towards RM2.53 and RM 2.70next.
? Both MACD and RSI are turning flattish, suggesting that selling pressure was well-absorbed.
? Traders may start to nibble now to ride the potential breakout run. Always place a stop at below RM2.35. The favourable return-risk ratio also supports their technical buy rating on the stock.

Wah Seong Corporation is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, the company provides pipe-coating services, manufactures spiral welded steel pipes, distributes building materials, installs metal roofing, produces plastic extrusion structural materials, assembles plastic doors and window frames, and provides industrial engineering services.
