CK>> Another big sell-off day for ENG after posted the announcement in Bursa. I got a question here: Why ENG is the only one who keeps reporting the update status of its Thailand subsidiaries? Is it a requirement from Bursa as it is currently pending for privatisation exercise?

I personally feel that the recent sell-off of ENG was simply overdone. Not sure, just my own thought. I just done a quick comparison table among ENG, JCY and NOTION purely based on their NTA (since 3 of them are from same technology sector, JCY and ENG are both HDD players). Based on the table below, not sure if I should say ENG is currently undervalued due to heavy sell-off these few days (20 cents after 1st announcement, another 20 cents after 2nd announcement) @_@'''

This flood for sure will have a significant negative impact to ENG's coming financial results. But, what will be the impact to ENG's NTA in the next 2-3 quarters? Will it causes the NTA drops to below RM2? Anyway, the takeover price definitely will be determined by NTA value too (cannot be too low from NTA).

JCY's Financial Summary:

ENG's Financial Summary:

CK>> No dividend was announced by ENG on last quarter due to pending for privatisation exercise.

Systematic plan driving down share prices before floods is over ya. Rich man game. After privatised, game over. Since this is last shot before game over, play Big ya.

Talking about floods, is it Bigger than Huricanne Katrina, World War I World War II? Study DJ price during those period then u know if this is the time to play BIg then play Big. Dont let the insider outsmart u. Teach them to respect minority.
