CK>> As per my previous post about Leader (here), as expected, Leader has entered into conditional Sale of Business Agreement with HNG Capital on 17/11/2011. The announcement come in time with no delay or any further extension. Good sign!?

This announcement has triggered some buying momentum from some investors, to push up the Leader's share price to close at 0.995 on Friday. We should now wait for further announcement such as the submission of application to SC, approval from SC, date & time of EGM ...etc.

The BEST has yet to come for Leader...
