CK>> Great to see the announcement today about the approval of SC on the equity structure of Integral Key Sdn. Bhd. We now left 2 more weeks to go before the EGM to be held as per abovementioned date. The entire merger exercise is considered completed once the disposal of both Kencana and SapuraCrest shares to Integral Key SB are done. Based on the EGM date, I believe both shares will be de-listed on end of January and re-list again on February.






CK>> A return of 16% or 11% in 2-3 months up to grab, not too bad. It should be a good buy!!!
