Welcome to CK's Mergers & Acquisitions Theme Park - The BEST Has Yet to Come!
CK>> Perhaps many of us had forgotten about this merger deal. Come on, don't give up, give it a try! This takeover & merger deal is the BIGGEST ever in manufacturing sector of Bursa history. Never ever forget it as you may miss one of the GREATEST opportunity here. (Perhaps many of us will think it is a joke, the BIGGEST joke ever in Bursa created by our lovely Datuk Goh).

To be serious, I don't think it is a joke. I treat it seriously. But somehow, the potential profit gain is so HUGE until my hand was shivering when click the "Buy" button on online trading platform~ Don't believe? Let's check out the table below. You may easily earn more than 50% profit if the merger deal really get thru (again, this is not a joke):

CK>> Why the deal was tabled, but the share prices still very far away from the takeover prices? The reason is simple:
1) NO CASH is involved here, means no capital repayment for the entire merger deal.
2) Purely or 100% share swap.
3) NewCo share price is fixed at RM0.12 (Don't get fainted when see this price).

The conclusion is >> When NO CASH involved in this kind of merger price, people/investors/traders don't like, because Newco's share prices can be any price as long as big bosses happy. All paper talk.

For me, I'm OK with it. Assuming the merger deal can get thru:
1) Just buy now, earn the 50%. But this 50% is invisible, no cash, only NewCo shares.
2) When NewCo share listed, sell immediately at 9am at whatever prices.
3) Newco share is RM0.12 correct? Four possible outcomes when it is first listed:
Above 0.12>> You earn like crazy, 1st leg 50% + 2nd leg xx%.
Zun Zun At 0.12>> You still earn 1st leg 50%. No gain for 2nd leg.
Below 0.12 but above 0.06>> You earn 50% at 1st leg, but loss less than 50% at 2nd leg. Overall still earn ler~
Below 0.06>> You earn 50% at 1st leg, but loss more than 50% at 2nd leg. Overall is loss loss loss. Jia lat la~

Perhaps you will laugh at me: "CK, don't be too naive, this is the biggest joke in Bursa history, this merger deal will never success"...

Erm... Haha, come on, no pain no gain! High risk high return. What I can say about this deal is, "It is much safer here compared to you go to buy those call warrants". The BEST has yet to come, I Love Datuk Goh Tian Chuan~ :D Hehehehe...

God bless me once again~
