EGM of Leader is scheduled on 31/1/2012, tomorrow, which is a day before Federal Day (BURSA will be closed on 1/2/2012). I don't see there will be any resistance from the non-interested shareholders. As per independent adviser's advices, this deal is FAIR AND REASONABLE. So non-interested shareholders are advised to vote in favour of the deal.
