CK>> Finally it comes to the end for the entire privatization exercise for both Emivest and LHH. As per announcement in Bursa today, the important date as below:
2-April: Last trading day for LHH and Emivest.
3-April: Suspension of Trading.
5-April: Ex-date for the entitlement of capital repayment.
9-Aptil: Entitlement date for capital repayment exercise.
CK>> Well, not much profit generated from this privatization deal. Just a tiny share price gain and small amount of special dividend distribution. But, it is still higher than fixed-deposit rate :)
