CK>> Phew~ Luckily the voting for all the resolutions still get passed in EGM today, with about 20% of non-interested shareholders voted against the privatization deal. But in overall, the privatization deal is still carrying on as it is above the 75% threshold (80% of shareholders voted in favour of the deal).
