Welcome to CK's Mergers & Acquisitions Theme Park - The BEST Has Yet to Come!
Important Date:
24-December-2012 >> High Court granted an order confirming the proposed capital reduction and repayment.

Question: WHEN and HOW MUCH?

CK>> Not bad! If follow the tentative schedule as written in circular to shareholder, they are expecting to receive high court order on mid of March 2013. Now already got it on December 2012, around 3 months earlier than scheduled.

CK>> So now we roughly know the estimated time frame for the capital reduction & repayment + special dividend. The question of WHEN is now cleared.

The next question is:
HOW MUCH can a shareholder get if they buy and hold KASSETS until de-list??? What is the final capital reduction & repayment + special dividend amount?

CK>> If based on my previous calculation, it should be around RM 2.75. You can refer to my previous posts here:

But recently, I read an article from a prestigious Malaysia's Chinese financial weekly, called 资汇(The Busy Weekly), it reports that the final capital reduction & repayment + special dividend amount is RM 2.88!

HAR? RM 2.88????????? Brother, sure bo?

KASSETS current price is around RM 2.57. If final repayment amount is really RM 2.88, means another 31 cents of profit is now waiting for you to grab at almost ZERO risk...

(RM 0.31 / RM 2.57) x 100% = 12%

12% profit in 1 month? Or annualized return of 144%???

Question>> Can I sue 资汇(The Busy Weekly) if the final value is not RM2.88? Sue them because they are causing me capital loss? May I?

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE RIGHT?

If you read my previous posted about KASSETS as per aforementioned two links, you may actually realize that sometimes it did happen for me for something that I think too good to be true!!! Haha...

Happy New Year 2013!!!! HUAT ar~

WHEN and HOW MUCH are still the main concerns, not sure, pending on official announcement...
But for sure KASSETS will be de-list as board has no intention to maintain the listing status of company...
No more assets and business, a cash rich company only now...
