Welcome to CK's Mergers & Acquisitions Theme Park - The BEST Has Yet to Come!
Question 1: What happens if you had bought MAHSING-OR today?
CK>> Sell it in market before 5/3/13 if you have profit in hand. Or else, you have to pay RM1.42 per unit of rights, as this issued price was fixed earlier. Due date for payment is on 12/3/13.
CK>> That means you use RM0.60 + RM1.42 = RM2.02 to buy a unit of MAHSING share.

Question 2: Since I can buy MAHSING @ RM2.02 directly from market, why I need to buy this MAHSING-OR and pay issued price later to get exactly the same MAHSING share @ RM2.02?
CK>> If you compare price to price, it is more or less the same. But if you look at this rights as a whole package, the overall of MAHSING corporate exercise, it will be very much different.
CK>> If you subscribed MAHSING-OR, you will get FREE Warrant as a reward. You will get 3 FREE Warrants for every 5 rights subscribed.

Question 3: What happens if you had bought 5,000 units of MAHSING-OR @ RM0.60 today?
CK>> You will have to pay RM0.60 + RM1.42 = RM2.02 for each of the rights you subscribed. After that, you will be getting 5,000 units of MAHSING and 3,000 units of MAHSING FREE Warrant.

Question 4: What will be the value of MAHSING Warrant?
CK>> Exercise price of this warrant is RM2.38. If based on the current MAHSING market price, this warrant is still out of money, but it has 5-years time value that worth a bet.
CK>> I would personally think that this warrant will hit RM0.30++ in the first trading day, then RM0.40++ in the second trading day.

Question 5: Sounds good, but why the MAHSING-OR still trading at such a discounted price? Any risks associate to this deal?
CK>> Yes, the current share price of MAHSING-OR @ RM0.60++ look very tempting. But of course the associated risk is higher due to the uncertainty of the upcoming GE13. The above example is calculated based on the MAHSING share price above RM2.00. What happens if MAHSING dropped to below RM2.00 before the listing of the subscribed rights securities on 22/3/13?

Question 6: So CK, will you buy this MAHSING-OR?
CK>> Yes, no doubt. I love FREE items, don't you? FREE warrants if you bought MAHSING-OR at RM0.60 and pay additional RM1.42 (issued price) per unit before 12/3/13.
CK>> It worth a bet. God bless me!

Question 7: Any Buy/Sell recommendation to us about this MAHSING-OR?
CK>> Buy it if you believe MAHSING warrant's price will shoot up in the first 1-2 days of trading. Don't worry even if MAHSING dropped to slightly below RM2/00
CK>> Forget it if you believe MAHSING warrant just worth a few cents due to high RM2.38 exercise price. And you strongly believe MAHSING share price will dip to much below RM2.00 within these few days.

Oppss, last but not least, don't forget about the BONUS share! One BONUS share for every 5 MAHSING shares held after the proposed rights issue with warrant.

CK>> Hopefully the uncertainties of this upcoming GE13 wouldn't spoil my plan on this MAHSING's corporate exercise. I really need to generate some small little profit as my wedding funds. Cheers! God bless me~
