截至2018年12月31日止财政年度的集团收入较去年同期减少1.2％。回顾期间的收入受到采纳马来西亚财务报告准则第15号（MFRS 15）客户合约收入的影响，于2018年1月1日或之后开始的期间生效。

截至2018年12月31日止财政年度，安利(马)控股的除税前溢利较去年同期减少0.5％，原因是销售佣金因销售增加而增加，以及增长计划的投资营运开支增加。

4Q18 vs 4Q17：
截至2018年12月31日止三个月（“本季度”），集团收入较去年同期下降0.9％。由于销售额增加及进口成本下降主要归因于有利的外汇影响，安利(马)控股本季度的税前利润较去年同季增加53.8％，但部分被营运开支增加所抵销。

4Q18 vs 3Q18：
截至2018年12月31日止三个月，集团收入较上一季度减少4.3％。由于进口成本较低主要来自有利的外汇影响，税前利润较上一季度增加27.7％，部分被营运开支增加所抵销。

前景：
管理层将通过积极管理运营成本来继续应对盈利挑战。

[AMWAY MALAYSIA HOLDINGS BHD: Management will continue to address challenges to profitability by actively managing operating costs]

YTD18 vs YTD17:
Group revenue for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 was 1.2% lower than the same period last year. Revenue for the period under review was impacted by the adoption of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard 15 (MFRS 15) Revenue from Contracts with Customers, which was effective for annual period beginning on or after 1 January 2018.

The Group’s profit before tax for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 decreased by 0.5% as compared to the same period last year due to increased sales incentives in line with higher sales, as well as higher operating expenses for investment in growth initiatives.

4Q18 vs 4Q17:
For the three months ended 31 December 2018 (“current quarter”), group revenue was 0.9% lower than the same quarter last year. The Group’s profit before tax for the current quarter increased by 53.8% as compared to the same quarter last year due to higher sales and lower import cost primarily attributed to favorable foreign exchange impact, but partially offset by higher operating expenses.

4Q18 vs 3Q18:
For the three months ended 31 December 2018, Group revenue decreased by 4.3% as compared to the preceding quarter. Profit before tax increased by 27.7% as compared to the preceding quarter due to lower import cost arising primarily from favorable foreign exchange impact, partially offset by higher operating expenses.

Prospects:
Management will continue to address challenges to profitability by actively managing operating costs.
