Would like to point out a quick update on BAT - Which I have called out before in my previous articles. Do take a look at this consolidation chart which is pending a strong breakout.

As you can see, it is testing resistance now at RM 13-15. However, after testing it for many times, eventually it will breakout. Fundamentals are here to stay.

Positive fundamental catalysts :

1) MCO & COVID Period have tight cross border regulations.

2) Earnings superior compared to most stocks in Bursa Malaysia

3) PE Ratio of only 10.99x & Dividend Yield of 8.87% (Representing 4x of FD Yield)

Negative Catalysts :

1) Illegal cigerrate market which has been controlled during MCO Period.
