Through this online platform, customers are able to choose solar products with the best financing options, as well as to facilitate the end-user market with the services offered by the key solar energy stakeholders.

OpenSys Technologies chief operating officer Luke Sebastian told reporters after the launching event here today that they are targeting 500 users per month, noting that there are some four million potential buildings.

“Rather than having a sales target, we want to spread awareness to consumers about this online marketplace,” said Sebastian.

The website is fantastic and you should check it out in the link below this article provided.

Current SOLAR Economic Development :

1) Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change (MESTECC) will open for bids quota of 1,400MW for solar power generation. This is expected to involve RM5 billion of private investments and generate 25,000 jobs;

2) GLCs such as TNB will invest RM13 billion in 2020, including accelerating projects such as LED street lights, transmission lines and rooftop solar installations.

You heard it right - RM 13 billion in 2020, RM5 Billion private investments. With Opensys having a hand in the solar industry, it should have some effect on this stock.

Thanks, looking to accumulate more if it goes cheaper. Long term value holds within this fundamentally strong penny stock. Trade with caution in this volatile market...
