It is here!

This is the first in a series of expo I am going to reveal against the potential alleged act of criminal breach of trust by the Group Managing Director, aided by the Financial Controller of Heveaboard Berhad.

I am going to be short and straight to the point on this RM 300,000.00 cheque payment made out to Dato' Loo Swee Chew personally on January 22, 2014, who is also a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, by Heveaboard Berhad at the behest of the Group Managing Director, Yoong Hau Chun. And let the Police and the Securities Commission to investigate this alleged act of criminal breach of trust (CBT) by the trio, namely Yoong Hau Chun, Elaine Hew the Financial Controller and Dato' Loo Swee Chew.

For the record, as disclosed in Note 34 of Significant Related Party Transactions as in Annual Report 2014 of Heveaboard Berhad (page 96), Dato' Loo Swee Chew as a person is not listed as a party under this inclusion of Significant Related Party Transactions.

Neither is Dato' Loo Swee Chew listed as a recipient of a yearly amount greater than RM 150,000.00 in the Directors' Remuneration as in Page 14 of the same annual report, as the only three directors that received more than RM 150,000.00 in remuneration in the year 2014 from Heveaboard Berhad were Yoong Li Yen (RM 550,001 to RM 600,000), Yoong Hau Chun (RM 750,001 to RM 800,000) and Yoong Tein Seng @ Tenson Yoong (RM 1,450,001 to RM 1,500,000).

So, why and what is the basis of Heveaboard Berhad in making this payment of RM 300,000.00 to Dato' Loo Swee Chew on January 22, 2014, knowing fully well that he is not legally entitled to receive a payment of RM 300,000.00 under the above Significant Related Party Transactions or Directors' Remuneration?

RM 300,000.00 of Heveaboard Berhad money was banked into

Dato' Loo Swee Chew's personal account at Affinbank, Kuantan branch.

I am sure Heveaboard Berhad will rebut this allegation with whatever explanations it can think of (through whatever payment voucher or reason for this disbursement), but I am holding the truth and confession of the actual reason why this RM 300,000.00 was paid to Dato' Loo Swee Chew on January 22, 2014 just before the Chinese New Year 2014, in a voice recorded confirmation by the alleged perpetrator himself.

Let's watch what circus act Heveaboard Berhad will perform to counter this revelation whereupon I shall decide my next move then, including but not limited to releasing the voice recording itself publicly on Youtube at the stroke of my finger.

All I can assure you is this is only a tip of the iceberg as more exposé will be revealed soon. Avalanche of Heveaboard Berhad shares price certainly is coming !

By the way, an official report will be lodged next week to all competent authorities so that the wrong-doings by the perpetrators will be uncovered and dealt with with the full force of law.

Wow, this is something....serious , but, wait , who ll benefiting the most ? With d falling of Hevea , is Hevea fundamentally hit bad ? Why not publish all the series ? Instead of from series to series, what could be the worst impact to fundamentals of Hevea. Hopefully, Hevea can come out to put the fire off quickly.
