Further to my article Full Battle Mode Against Heveaboard 向亿维雅全面宣战, I have said that more articles will be released under the abovecaptioned title which will reveal the inner circle informations on the market operation of how HEVEA shares price rallied from RM0.80 (pre-Split price or RM 0.20 adjusted to current price) to a peak of RM 7.16 (adjusted to pre-Split price or RM 1.79 to current price), a good 9-folds leap in less than 24 months.
Without doubt, the successful HEVEA goreng exercise cannot happened without the cooperation and active participation of the key man of Heveaboard, Group MD Yoong Hau Chun. As any market players will know, with company insiders alone in the game is inadequate to make it a successful goreng exercise. You will need a much wider participation of stock analysts, stockbrokers, banks, IBs and news reporters to make it.
And, the single most important factor has to be the market followers. The degree of success hinges upon how you can convince the market followers. If they believed your story, they will buy into the underlying stock. And when they bought, they will influence their circle of friends or relatives to buy. Hence the radiating effects and the oodles of followers.
The snapshot below is a Whatsapp message between Yoong Hau Chun and WKL (actual name withheld to secure further evidences and informations). As confirmed by Yoong Hau Chun herein, the first message is from the avid CIMB Research analyst of HEVEA, Marcus Chan as we can deduced.
The message is about Marcus Chan suggesting to Yoong Hau Chun to release any good news positive to HEVEA shares price (in this case the Q1/2015 result) only on Friday, so that the public has the time to get ready for the big market impact when HEVEA opens for trading on the following Monday.
So a good financial result alone is not a guarantee that the shares price will run up. You need to "time" it to announce it in order to have the maximum impact in term of shares price appreciation. And analyst and MD will go to miles to do it, as evidenced above.
However, WKL did not agree with Marcus Chan's view and Yoong Hau Chun concurred. This is because in another good news announcement prior to this, HEVEA announced a Shares Split exercise on April 30, 2015 which is a Thurday and also the last day of trading for the week as May 1, 2015 (Friday) was a public holiday. A supposedly stock-positive news was wasted when HEVEA resumed for trading on the following Monday and the anticipated market enthusiasm taper off with only small gain in shares price.
Obviously WKL's market experience outwits Marcus Chan's academic theory in terms of market operation. This is why Yoong Hau Chun listened to WKL instead of Marcus Chan, as can be clearly seen in their Whatsapp messages.
The above Whatsapp messages not only divulged the involvement of Yoong Hau Chun and Marcus Chan in terms of priming the timing of release of announcement, but their attempted maneuver for maximum exploitation of market retailers are just devious and immoral, at the very least.

Huh? This is news? Get a life mate. Many public listed companies in US release bad news the next day after New Years day, hoping that many will be hung over from partying the night before and the bad news will not be noticed. Is it illegal? No. Is it immoral? No. Is it a big deal? No. As long as the BOD discharges their duties to disclose relevant information as per Bursa rules, the duty to monitor these disclosures lies solely with the shareholders. Any more 'sensitive' Whatsapp chat? *yawn*

I don't see anything immoral they try to shore up share price. It was done based on quarter after quarter of good results. Nothing fishy or manipulative.
As a matter of fact, I compliment Yong for paying attention to share price. For shareholders, the real value creation is when share price goes up, everything else is BS.

Hevea management should single out this robert1 and his informer from the chat group and report them to the authorities. Hevea management should take a more proactive role to protect its reputation and protect the investors who genuine believe in Hevea.
