Full Battle Mode Against Heveaboard 向亿维雅全面宣战
I have promised in my previous article to reveal some of the Whatsapp message exchanges between Yoong Hau Chun, the Group MD of Heveaboard Berhad and Marcus Chan of CIMB Securities Research on the active promotion of Hevea shares. But before that, I would like to silence some critics who said that the whatsapp messages I have posted or about to post may have been tweaked or even a fictitious one.
The best answer to this then is to reveal the Contact Info page of Yoong Hau Chun for everybody's verification, so that going forward there will be no more doubt on the authenticity of all the whatsapp messages I am going to release.
If you are already a whatsapp user on iPhone, you should be familiar with the following Contact Info page. Best of all, if you happened to know Yoong Hau Chun personally, you certainly can confirm the authenticity of his contact details as below :
If you press the contact profile image next to his mobile number in the first photo above, your cellphone will direct you to the second photo as below. What I am trying to show you is that the following photo is his choice of image to appear to all his contacts. Only he can change his profile image. Likewise, any of you who knows him will know that this profile image is his profile image.
Unless he immediately change it after this article is published.
But it doesn't matter because all of you have his cellphone number or email address now to ask him whether these Contact Info or Profile Image is his or not.
I want to steadfastly tell you that all the images, emails, whatsapp messages or video and voice recordings that I have released or about to be revealed in the future will be GENUINE, AUTHENTIC and contained nothing but THE TRUTH. Of course, certain details may be blocked or muted to protect the identity of the informants, dealers, lawyers and persons not embroiled in this Heveaboard scandal that I am going to expose.
Heveaboard scandal?
Yes, you read it right. Whilst CIMB Securities Research is urging investors to stick to the fundamental of Heveaboard and to ignore the recent cyber attacks, but the performance of its shares price since the first unfavourable article about Heveaboard on January 6, 2016 proved otherwise.
To date, Heveaboard shares price has lost a startle 25% or 44 sen a share, wiping out some RM200m in market capitalisation to RM 608m. But mind you, this is only the starter.
You haven't seen what is coming yet.
There are so many shenanigans around Heveaboard's key personnels that it will be better for me to list them under different article titles, in order to write categorically :

The ensuing articles to be released in the coming days and months under the abovecaptioned titles will provide you with an overview of why and how Hevea shares price can rallied from RM 0.80 (pre-Split price or RM 0.20 adjusted to current price) to a peak of RM 7.16 (adjusted to pre-Split price or RM 1.79 to current price), a good 9-folds leap in less than 24 months.
A word of stern caution from the people behind this epic quantum leap of Hevea shares price in the words of Julius Caeser :

So what if he supports Bersih? When Stanley Thai openly supports the opposition before the general election, EPF sold down Supermax. After that, when Supermax made massive profits, EPF came back faithfully and became a substantial holder again like bees attracted to honey. If Robert can't dispute the profit or the cash flow, the temporary weakness only means an opportunity to buy more for serious investors. Only an emotionally unstable person, like a sacked employee or a jilted girlfriend, will resort to making a fuss over his activities outside business hours. *yawn* still waiting for the mega sale, hope you have better materials than the crap you have posted above Robert.

The activity of unscrupulous owner tries to cheat investors, this Hevea case is not the first and will be not the last.
Anymore still remember the case of 金鹏 in fraud accounting?
Anyway a good stock is not easy to find.
The small investor also can learn something from this case:
the need to avoid the confirmation bias (human psychological misjudgement by Charlie Munger) and the paramount importance to interpret financial statemment.

The next thing that a VALUE shareholder should be doing is, compare the intrinsic value of Hevea and its current price.
One of the form of value investing is just simply buy a stock so cheap that even if it bankrupt you can still get profit.
(ps: the above bankrupt statement may not applicable to Malaysia because the liquidation process in Malaysia is to inefficient)
Margin of Safety by Seth Klarman has illustrated such form of value investing.
