HEVEA - Potential Act of Criminal Breach of Trust (Series Two) 失信疑案（二）
In response to the Official Statement issued by Heveaboard Berhad on January 13, 2016, I have written categorically in my HEVEA : Answering Your Official Statement to rebut Heveaboard Berhad what I have revealed thus far.
Although Heveaboard Berhad did not reply to my article officially nor make any further statement, it chose to answer summarily through an article on Page 24 of The Edge by Liew Jia Teng which was published on January 25, 2016, instead.
In Heveaboard Berhad's Official Statement, it said in Paragraph 5 Line 3 that "......in addition to the amount owing by the Company to Heveawood, there are other amounts due from other related parties to Heveawood. Hence the alleged discrepancies...." .
But most importantly, it did not clarify nor confirm nor even want to divulge the actual amount due to Heveawood Industries but merely said "......The amount owing to Heveawood by the Company is intended to be repaid in 2016."
In Heveaboard's book, it is stated that Heveaboard Berhad still owed Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd. an amount of only RM 2,296,000.00 as at December 31, 2014. But the books of Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd. stated the amount owning by related party as RM 4,204,733.00. Given the benefit of Heveaboard Berhad's explanation that there are other amounts due from other related parties to Heveawood. Hence the alleged discrepancies.... but still, the issue is how much is Heveaboard Berhad owing Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd.?
I have asked loudly in HEVEA : Answering Your Official Statement : Didn't you owe this €890,000 or RM 3,738,000 to Heveawood Industries that have helped pay on Heveaboard Berhad's behalf to Dieffenbacher GmbH?
The following whatsapp message with Yoong Hau Chun, the Group Managing Director of Heveaboard Berhad caught him lying with his pant down !
DSY named in the message is Dato' Seri Yong (who is a minority shareholder of Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd. and the co-founder of Heveaboard Berhad), the German Co is Dieffenbacher GmbH, while Gemas Ria Sdn. Bhd. is a 100% owned subsidiary of Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd. There is a typo mistake by Yoong Hau Chun in the last line "we claimed we oppress them" which should be read as "he claimed we oppress them". The "we" undeniably refers to Heveawood Industries and or Yoong family who controlled 52.51% of Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd.
So the truth is what I have said all this while that the €890,000 is the profit attributable to Heveawood Industries Sdn. Bhd. through its wholly-owned subsidiary Gemas Ria Sdn. Bhd., wherein this amount of €890,000 is hidden from the books of Heveaboard Berhad.
Truly the Ingenuity Accounting by Heveaboard Berhad !
Little wonder why Yoong Hau Chun brushed aside my facts-loaded questioning through Liew Jia Teng's reporting that "he will not comment further on the articles posted on the portal...." Do not deserve his attention or he is caught lying through his teeth?

I would advise the author OF 'Potential Act of Criminal Breach of Trust (Series Two) 失信疑案' to lodge a report at Bursa malaysia as this is the RIGHT CHANNEL TO PROSECUTE WHO SO EVER IN A LISTED COMPANY, THINK SERIOUSLY, COME ON!wHAT IS THE POINT OF SPREADING RUMOUR HERE? i ATTENDED THE 2 DAY BURSA FAIR ON THE 18/1 & 19/1,I HAVE THE EMAIL ADDRESS, PHONE & WHO TO CONTACT IF THE AUTHOR IS REALLY, REALLY SERIOUS, FART HERE FOR WHAT?!

we are interested to know how did u mistakenly take 700 m3 as 700 containers. 700m3 is not even 5% of 700 containers. didn't you verify the info you receive? or you just manipulate it to create panic selling? you still own us an explanation about this. don't tell us someone reaveal later €890000 in fact is just RM 89 lol
