MY TECHNIQUES ON TRADING CALL WARRANTS (EARN DOUBLE, LOSS DOUBLE)
1) BUY FOR DAY TRADE/CONTRA ONLY.
2) BUY ONLY CALL WARANT WHICH HAS HIGH TRADING VOLUME, HIGHER GEARING AND PREFER LONGER EXPIRY.
3) BUY ONLY IN A VERY BULLISH MARKET (MARKET IS VERY HOT-KLSE), DJIA IS BULLISH AND SELECT STOCKS IN BULLISH SECTOR ONLY.
4) MAKE SURE MOTHER SHARE PRICE CHART IS IN UPTREND MODE AND VERY BULLISH. 强势股
5) BUY IN THE QUANTITY OF X100,X200, X300 TO WIN BIG
6) BUY IN IMMEDIATELY EVEN THE PRICE HAS JUMP (0.005 TO 0.015) FROM YESTERDAY CLOSING PRICE. IT IS A STRONG BUY BECAUSE BUYING MOMEMTUM OF THE WARRANT IS STRONG. THE PRICE WILL RISE FURTHER.
7)AFTER BUYING GO TO DO SOMETHING ELSE, DON’T LOOK AT SCREEN EVERY SINGLE MINUTES. CHECKING ONLY ONE HOUR ONCE. THE SYER NEED TIME TO SURGE AND WILL SUSTAIN THE PRICE IF IN BULLISH CONDITION IN THE SAME DAY. SO BE STEADY.
8)SELL BY PORTION (CAN DIVIDE BY 2 OR 3). IF EASY TO SELL, MEANS BUYING IS STRONG, CAN HOLD LONGER WITHIN THE SAME DAY TO WIN BIG.
9) CUT LOSS IS NECESSARY IF THE PARENT COMPANY BECOME DOWNTREND AND WEAK.
10) SELL AS LONG AS GAIN IS SIGNIFICANT (BETTER THAN YOUR PAID FOR ONE WORKING DAY).

There is no money to be made if buy CW in the money only. In the money CWs gives low profit and can be pressed down by issuer prior to expiry causing one to eventually lose. My profits are from out of money CW esp CIMB CWs. I find CIMB the fairest among the issuers.

I dont see how you play against other players in CW. Its always based on mother share price and against the house. Its more like playing blackjack, all against the house, not poker against one another.

1. Buy warrants with the lowest premium or with discount.
2. Sell near expiry, switch to second lowest premium call warrant. (The rollover)
3. Buy warrant that is in-the-money only.
4. In the case of the warrant value has risen more than the issue price/selling price, there is a possibility of the issuer aggressively selling mother share to deliberately suppress the warrant price. Cimb is evil, must play against "it" differently. Others are generally ok, hold till expiration and go for the big fat cheque.
5. Normally play against the players (ordinary investors) is easier against the house.
