CGT（Capital Gain Tax) 据说就要来了，负面的评语开始排山倒海来，它真的那么恐怖？
对我来说，CGT只是游戏规则出现了一些变化，适应它比排斥它更容易。
我个人认为CGT多多少少会带来一些好处：
1. 增加国家税收
2. 可以预防炒风
3. 改变股市投资者的心态例如会更注重好股，长期持有
4. 此外让更多人留意股息投资法
5. 可以让更多上市公司更可靠的去经营生意以便容易吸引资金投资，例如更积极派发股息
6. 等等
当然刚实行会造成震荡，但股市不震荡哪来机会？
我觉得有了CGT，国家的股市投资心态会更成熟而不是一味赚快钱。
产业盈利税都实行那么久了，我们也不见得房地产崩盘，会崩盘都是因为投资过度，供需失衡引起，至于什么什么税只是让市场更正常化而已。
所以对我来说，有无CGT，只要投资能赚钱，我都乐意接受。如果投资不赚钱，CGT对你有何影响？
就好象每年都要给的个人所得税，其实能给更多的所得税不是更好吗？所以我很奇怪一些人一直在埋怨。如果我有能力每年给过百万的所得税不知该有多好呀。难道不是吗？跟别人说你薪水多少不如告诉他人你被抽多少所得税，那不是更威风？哈哈。。。
好啦，不过林财长，开源节流是对，但要记得给市场一些发展动力，记得要平衡，别为了前朝的债积极去消减，给你3年消减成功，人民也不会感谢你，如果你让他们3年活在痛苦中。要记得取舍需要平衡，因为你不是会计师，你是国家的财政部长，所以你更需要让人民在快乐中接受你的改革。
短时间的震痛对个人和家庭理财是最好方式，但对于一个国家就不适合了。我担心林财长很能干，但最怕成绩做到了却被人拉下然后换另一个上去享受成果而已咯。哈哈。。。
其实马来西亚很有钱的。

Be realistic and know where we standing. If you are a young and beautiful lady, men don’t mind to spend more money and time dating. What if you are old and no money (not broke)? Investors are alike men. Wakaka

Strongly suggest dicma to change his name to dick head. Based on your logics our bursa is doomed and wit out retail participation our market is truly no eye see. It’s like killing the goose that lays the golden egg. Initially, we thought with our new elected government is heading to a right direction. Unfortunately it turns out to be the other way.

Last but not least the life span for most of local companies are rather short is definitely not recommended for long term investment. If you are long enough is our market I suppose u do understand what I m talking about. It’s truly irresponsible for you to post this article.

DAP supporter will just blindly support whatever policy by DAP leaders.
Bursa will definitely crash first & severely immediately after CGT is implemented.
Taiwan stock market was a real example when CGT was introduced in 1990s. Taiwan cancelled the CGT in 2013, but market remain stagnant till now.

What to do? Rakyat are required to pay PH government for their learning curve. It is unavoidable. Hopefully, it won't long time for learning to manage the country.
