The conventional method is to divide the share price with its EPS which will show you the PE ratio. It is easier for investors to know what is his return if he invests Rm 1.00.
My easy method is to divide EPS with the share price to get EP ratio.
Every morning, RHB Investment sends out the latest news of hot stocks and I compare them with my favourite stock Tomei because gold price is going up higher and higher.

Recently one smart accountant pointed out to me that KP Property has millions of Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS). This will affect its share price. I sold all my KPP shares to buy KSL.

Currently Bahasa Melayu is taught in all Government sponsored schools. Bahasa Melayu is only good within Malaysia. All our overseas customers do not know Bahasa Melayu. I hope all our politicians...

Uncle, it's great to read your column regularly to get deeper insight into share investment and from an experienced one like you. You may find it helpful to get an assistant with some investment knowledge to go through what you wrote before posting it.

I tot uncle is an engineer.
How could he get sen from sen divided by sen?
How could he graduate from university?
EPS divided by Share price is actually Earning Yield.

No offense meant,
Just a feel of sadness that Koon was once a market mover now doing teaching.

If you look at the answers most are wrongly calculated like Serbia the answer should be 0:66. Not 6:6

You got all mess up Mr. Koon, it should be price over earning to get PE ratio !! isn't it?

(EPS/Price) * 100 = result is yield in %, not "sen"
if we use "RM1" as example output equal to sen, but its too confusing in my opinion, just follow standard yield % based on actual market price and EPS
