Yesterday I posted my article namely “Hiap Teck has dropped to a strong support level” for me to buy back at cheaper price which has created some confusions. Many agreed with my opinion that I posted a few articles about my selling all my stock holdings about 2 months ago and I started to buy back Hiap Teck at cheaper price as shown on the price chart below.
Unfortunately, there are many critics hiding behind some fictitious names or pseudonym criticised me with insulting words such as “when the old fox tells you to sell, you must buy and when he tells you to buy you must sell”. Although they are entitled to their opinion but they don’t have to use insulting words like uneducated idiots.
When I said that I sold, they would have bought Hiap Teck at 70 sen. Now I said that I am buying Hiap Teck at 50 sen, cheaper price, they should sell so that I can them. Yesterday I bought more than 10 million Hiap Teck shares and you can ring RHB 05-2493279 and HLIB 05-2550110 to confirm.
My background
As I am already 88 years old and I have earned a lot more money than I really required. I do not need to post articles to mislead investors to make a few more Ringgit.
If you Google you can see that “saya bukan orang tak tenku”. I am a co-founder of Mudajaya, Gamuda, IGB, IJM Corporation, Rubbex, MBMR etc.
If you Google you can also see my offer of scholarships. I already have given more than 300 scholarships to help poor students to complete their tertiary education.
Moreover, if you Google you can see that about 12 years ago, I offered Rm 30 million to UTAR to build student hostels within the UTAR campus. I stated clearly that I had no profit incentive. All the net rental income should be used to build more student hostel. I appointed former MU professor Dr Lim Teck Ghee and my Architect Lee Thean Hock as directors to oversee the hotel project.
Unfortunately, MCA leader especially Tan Sri Hew See Toong who controlled UTAR rejected my donation offer. Tan Sri Hew who owned all the land outside UTAR campus did not want my donation offer to disrupt his lucrative property development business. I even appealed to Tan Sri Lim Leong Sek, MCA President in vain.
Whatever I said was not published in the news media because the MCA controlled all the newspapers. But this bad news went virile through the internet. As a result, all except one MCA politicians lost their seats in the last 2 general elections.
You are free to choose what you like and you don’t have to follow my advice. But you must remember that I don’t need to post articles to mislead investors to make a few more Ringgit.

After the stock market closed, KSL announced its 4th quarter ending Dec 2023 EPS of 12.74 sen. The total is 40.76 sen for 4 quarters. Its total EPS for 4 quarter ending 2020 was only 17.8 sen.

If newbies listen to his advice to sell at lower price n would definitely incur losses instead of hold on to good fundamental stocks ie. Hiap Teik as suggested by Mr OTB. He further attacked OTB subsequently but quietly bought the counter at the same time n came up with this article,damm.

On 7 August 2021 (Within the same week he mentioned only foolish investors want to buy steel stocks now), he told us that he has bought 10 million Hiap Teck shares on 6 August 2021.
This is not the first time he made a statement which contradicts his own statement in such a short time period. Buy and Sell strategy within a few days! Pls make up your mind la!!
KYY should publicly apologize and eat humble pie but he didn't!! Shame...

Besides hiap Tek, KYY has pulled the same tricks on so many stocks before. To me, he has no credibility and integrity, I just hope poor Malaysian like me will no longer be tricked.

In addition, he said that he sold Hiap Teck in May 2021 is NOT true. His post dated 11 July 2021 mentioned that he sold all the shares in July 2021 when Hiap Teck shares were still traded around RM0.50-RM0.53 which is same as the current price. Prior to July 2021, he was still promoting steel counters!! But he wants to save his face by telling us that he sold at the peak RM0.70 in May 2021. Come on!! Shame of the Hall of Shame!!!

When Uncle kyy wrote his article that he was cashing out, I was a bit sceptical. Good investors seldom sell all their shares. But kyy said he sold everything due to covid 19 infection on the rise and due to the political situation. He talked as if the market was going to crash!
Market sentiment is still the same. Political situation has got worse from the time he cashed out and covid 19 infection is at its highest and yet he bought back.
Now his reason is Hiap Tek has fallen to a low level. What about his interview with William Cheng when he said we cannot buy any more steel counters? This Uncle has got a bad memory
