AYS share placement to Institutional Investors
On 2nd November AYS share price was traded at 88 sen and the company placed out 10% of its total issued shares or 38 million shares with a discount at 76 sen to big Institutional Investors who must be know the company operation and its profit growth potential. No investors would buy 38 million AYS shares unless they know that AYS is buying steel from the cheapest steel producers to sell to construction contractors. When the steel price has gone up, AYS has to buys steel at higher price and sell it at higher prices to make profit.
Budget 2022 depressed AYS share price
The Budget 2022 announcement on 29th Oct has been depressing the stock market. Practically all the listed stocks are affected. As a result, AYS share price dropped to its rock bottom on 2nd Dec at 52.5 sen.
It is a job for Institutional Investors to push up AYS share price because they bought AYS at much higher price, otherwise they will be sacked for losing so much of money.
There are 4 Institutional Investors named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
To push up AYS share price is an important job to be done by Everybody.
Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody’s job.
Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realised Everybody wouldn’t do it.
It ended up Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
Finally, yesterday Somebody pushed up AYS share price by 5 sen. Today Everybody will continue to do their job.

Uncle, all know steel price down 27% from top in early Oct-21 and now only recover a bit to loss 20% as of 30/12/2021. So, 4Q2021 and 1Q2022 will most likely make loss average 15% unless steel price go up to RMB5800
