Now that we have established fact 1 and fact 2, let us ask a few series of intelligent questions



1. If this was indeed a conjob, why involve the legitimate custodian of ICAD and a top architecture firm?

2. Why until now, despite Serba Dinamik being reported in International media, no reputable foreign government from UAE or even Zambia denied having contractual deals with the company or even the value given?

3. The trivial issue raised by KPMG through some leaked reports suggest questions towards small things like addresses and officer in charge , which could be easily resolved rather than a fundamental question of whether such contracts even exist or does it even make sense financially.



For me it is simple, by now, a scammer would have run away, really far away into the other side of the world but what you can see is a company that is fighting tooth and nail to clear their name.
