27 May 2019. Authorities are shocked after interviewing and investigated Ho Chun Fuat, the CFO for Protasco Bhd which involved in covering up Chong Ket Pen and son Kenny Chong Ther Nen's document trail involved RM350 million missing cash during year 2014-2019.
Insider information suggest that Ho is under tremendous pressure to further assist Chong Ket Pen taking out another RM48.6 million cash from Protasco, paying to Chong Ket Pen himself, through an EGM right after Protasco's AGM on 30 May 2019.
The money and paper trail is believed to be handled by Ho Chun Fuat. Ho is also involved in the covering up of Chong Ket Pen's illegal power and shareholding in Protasco Bhd, right from the begining of a mega fraud initiated and executed by Chong Ket Pen, his son Kenny Chong Ther Nen, and "partner" Tan Heng Kui, since September 2012.
What was discovered and what Ho confessed to the authorities that Chong Ket Pen "loves and hates" Ho Chun Fuat? What burden of lies took Ho Chung Fuat's life? Without Ho Chun Fuat's witness statement pointing finger to Chong Ket Pen, could Chong Ket Pen get away with all his wrongdoings? Read more in next detailed evidence leak.
