创意集资的兄弟们/万年船
上星期谈了TRIVE产业（TRIVE）的集资手法，万年船一时兴起，搜寻一下大马交易所网站，发现原来这个先整合后集资的方式，在去年已经兴起。
这种先把股票整合起来（股额变少），之后再进行新股配售，增增减减，对原有股东价值本来是没什么大影响，但是，如果股东不愿参与它的募资配售，在价值上那将造成很大的破坏。
举例来说，如果TRIVE产业的股东在25变1之后，对公司失望透了，不参与其附加股建议，那么，每2500股（我们假设整合前股价是1.5仙）将变成100股，股价是37.5仙。那么，如参与附加股计划呢？
按照附加股售价11仙的算法，股东将获得认购600股（售价11仙）及350股免费凭单，其投资成本变成（100x0.375令吉+600x0.11令吉）/7 = 每股14.8令吉，比之前的成本价低了超过50%；再加上凭单，成本将更廉宜。
整合后跌到惨不忍睹
问题是那些之前在股价几仙的时候买入的股东们，“一朝被蛇咬，十年怕草绳”，在股票整合之后，已经元气大伤，几乎不堪回首，还要再给这种公司“骗多一次”吗？几年后又来跌到惨不忍睹怎么办？
这个伤脑筋的问题，万年船答不到您，只有您自己清楚：当初为什么要买这只股票？
既然说开了，我们不妨看看近期做出这种企业活动的公司有几家：
●NETX控股 （NETX）：
2020年9月23日股票整合25变1
2020年10月1日进行2配6附加股（每股售价13仙）送3凭单
●MLABS系统（MLAB）：
2020年11月3日股票整合10变1
2020年11月12日进行2配12附加股（每股售价9仙）送7凭单
●DGB亚洲（DGB）：
2020年11月23日股票整合10变1
2020年12月21日进1配6附加股（每股售价12仙）送3凭单
●TRIVE 产业（TRIVE）：
2020年12月22日股票整合25变1；
2021年1月20日进2配12附加股（每股售价11仙）送7凭单
平均每个月都有一家创业板的公司遭到“洗礼”，而不晓得是否我太敏感，冥冥之中这些公司似乎有些关连，大家得空不妨做做功课。
ICON岸外始作俑者
不过话说回来，笔者所记得的这类型的最早建议，发生在2020年头，那是ICON岸外（ICON）的削资重组计划：公司在1月22日进行50变1股票大整合，同一天也进行1配100附加股（每股售价0.105令吉）送25凭单，这不像上述4家公司那样先整合，过几个星期再进行附加股除权。
或许“天下文章一大抄”，在ICON岸外的空前建议以后，投资银行顾问就地取材，拾人牙慧，将它修改成眼前这些小公司的创意集资。
