KUALA LUMPUR: Bina  Darulaman Bhd's external auditor KPMG PLT has resigned four months into its reappointment at its last annual general meeting.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities Bina Darulaman said KPMG was re-appointed as the auditors of the company at the 29th Annual General Meeting on May 30, 2024.

The company will announce further details once the written consent to act has been received.

Its share price closed 31.5 sen a share, giving it a market capitalisation of RM95.7 million yesterday.
