My third blogpost, two sons caught sick, I cant really write during the period. However I have highlighted constructions stocks on my telegram, actually telegram channel can deliver message easier like normal message broadcast to draw out my mind.

Ok so why construction?

(1) With the resurgence of new projects - Going to tender like MRT3, SMART TUNNEL 2 (so called to further reduce flood from happening, global warming is real thing), HSR, and I heard KL-Bangkok pun ada hahaha, Bandar Malaysia etc. will create lucrative earnings to construction peers (OF COURSE some might highlight the costings, skyhigh commodities price will reduce the margin), it will however construction projects take few years to complete, is skyhigh commodities always at high? Mayb yes, but hardly no..

(2) Election play - Just be realistic, when BN winning chance is strong, the revival of mega projects is highly likely. Just be prudent not siding any sides, based on the past records of the elections. At least Rafizi is being realistic (PH shd just aim 80 seats), of course can say some hardcore PH fans not voting on past polls. but sweeping win is hard to swallow. 

(3) Foreign funds are taking - With many days inflow of foreign net buy, some sectors pushed included palm oil, construction and bank, seems very obvious.

Performance up to today. 

Supposed to write this on weekend, but anyway it is never too late to shine hahahaa
