Tracking the positive developments in Wall Street overnight, coupled with the China’s monetary easing move, the FBM KLCI extended its gains to close at its intra-day’s high. Both the lower liners and the broader market also closed higher, while the Technology sub-index (-0.1%) underperformed. On the FBM KLCI, there are 26 advancers, 3 decliners and 1 traded unchanged. WTI Crude oil price stood at US$33.92.
