U.S. equities tumbled led by selling pressure within the financials stocks amid renewed concern over the global economic growth. Also, WTI crude oil prices paused on the recent rebound for a short term pullback. Meanwhile, U.S. weekly jobless claims fell 9,000 to 267,000.

FBM KLCI: 1,724.29 pts (+7.28 pts, +0.4%%).
The FBM KLCI should be looking into a mildly negative position following the selloffs in the overseas markets. The trading range of the FBM KLCI will be envisaged between the 1,700-1,730 levels.

Crude Palm Oil: RM2,710 (-RM12, -0.44%).
Crude palm oil ended lower for the third consecutive days on the back of weaker demand outlook, traders were booking their profits ahead of the official data next week. The resistance will be envisaged around the RM2,800 level.
 
WTI Crude oil: US$37.53 (-US$0.20, -0.53%).
Crude oil prices pulled back after the two-day rebound on the back of profit taking activities. Traders are still cautious on the output freeze talk in OPEC on the 17th of April that will be held in Doha.

Gold: US$1240.45 (+US$17.98, +1.47%).
Gold reverses previous losses and gained strongly as Federal Reserve minutes indicated that the policy makers may remained cautious about raising U.S. interest rates.
