Crude oil prices closed marginally lower as US crude stockpiles rose for the sixth consecutive weeks. Crude oil prices might trend between the US$50-US$55 levels.

Gold: $1,233.70 (+$5.57, +0.45%)
Gold prices extended its gains as the US Dollar retreated against a basket of currencies. The US1,250 will serve as the immediate resistance level.
