Crude oil prices staged a sharp recovery from the previous session selloff on bargain hunting activities. The immediate resistance is located at US$55.

Gold: $1,222.40 (-$0.65, -0.05%)
Gold prices extended its losses after demand for safe haven assets dwindled. The immediate resistance is located around $1,250.
