Hi Guys,

I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Hi Guys,

I have cut & paste the 7 LARGEST MANUFACTURING PLANTS IN THE WORLD. Out of Top 7 mentioned 4 belong to CAR MANUFACTURERS, 2 for Air Planes & 1 for Lingerie.

This shows that Car Manufacturing Plant  & Air Planes Manufacturing Plants Need More Land & Space Than All Other Types of Manufacturing Companies on Earth.

Since GEELY is now Making Cars & possibly also Making Cars that can go under water like a Submarine (Geely has bought over Lotus for its submarine technology) & latest a Car that Can Fly (Terrafugia). So the combination of A Car, A Submarine Cum Plane might one Day be a REALITY (not far fetched anymore).

Will this futuristic Super Car be one day manufactured in Tang Malim? If so Tajung Malim will be A WORLD FAMOUS PLACE ON PLANET EARTH ONE DAY.

7 of the World's Largest Manufacturing Plants

Where the world makes planes, cars, and lingerie.

While Tesla already boasts a 5.5 million square foot production facility in Fremont, California, for vehicle production, a brand-new Gigafactory outside of Sparks, Nevada, began battery cell production on January 4, 2017. By 2018, the factory will reach a size of 13 million square feet. In cooperation with Panasonic, the Gigafactory plans to achieve net zero energy as it continues to automize the battery-making process.

Thousands of employees working in multiple shifts and handling expensive machinery is what makes the world economy tick. And usually the larger the manufacturing plant, the larger the efficiency. We look at over seven of the world's largest manufacturing plants, creating things like planes, cars, batteries, and lingerie—all small little cities of industry.

Volkswagen Wolfsburg Plant, Germany (No 1)

The largest car-making manufacturing plant in the world—70 million square feet large—resides in Wolsburg, Germany, pounding out 3,800 Volkswagen vehicles per day. That comes out to about 815,000 vehicles a year, at least in 2015. The factory halls alone take up a surface area of nearly 1 square mile, enough to accommodate the Principality of Monaco. Churning out four Golf lines, the Touran, and Tiguan, the Volkwagen plant—which first started manufacturing vehicles in 1945—handles everything from toolmaking to plastic production to housing one of the world's largest paint shops.

Hyundai Motor Company Ulsan Factory, South Korea (No. 2)

From the 14 different Hyundai models manufactured in the five-building, 54 million square foot Ulsan Factory in South Korea to the engine and transmission production, this plant can churn out a vehicle every 12 seconds. Opened originally in 1968 and expanded ever since, 34,000 employees work on site—some even sleeping in the onsite dormitory. The facility also has its own sewage treatment plant and cargo ship pier.

Boeing Factory, Washington (No 4)

When you build airplanes, you need space. The world's largest building by volume, the 4.2 million square foot Boeing manufacturing facility north of Seattle in Everett, Washington, covers nearly 100 acres and rolls out the 747, 767, 777 and 787. Along with a museum, theater, 19 restaurants and store, the 1966-built facility includes 2.33 miles of pedestrian tunnels underneath the factory floor, its own railway spur, over 1,000 bicycles for getting around the plant and even the world's largest mural.

Belvidere Assembly Plant, Illinois (No 5)

Mitsubishi Motors North America once had the second-largest manufacturing facility in Illinois—and one of the largest in the world—at 2.3 million square feet, but it ended production in 2015, shuttering the Normal, Illinois, plant and transferring the entire Illinois car production fame to the Belvidere Assembly Plant owned by Chrysler. Constructed in 1965, this 3.5 million square foot facility handles assembly of the Jeep Compass, Jeep Patriot and Dodge Dart with about 780 robots and over 280 acres of property.

Lauma Fabrics, Latvia (No 7)

At 1.2 million square feet, this Latvia-based plant may offer the largest size manufacturing plant per size of product being produced within because Lauma Fabrics makes lace, ribbons, and fabric for lingerie. With construction starting in 1965, the building's width of 1,600 feet nearly doubles the length of 738 feet for the manufacturing floor.

And MALAYSIA WILL SEE GEELY MOVING INTO PROTON CITY (4,000 ACRES) of Tanjung Malim in a BIG WAY LIKE NEVER BEFORE

Proton’s Tanjung Malim factory to

pioneer Industry 4.0

IPOH, July 13 ― Malaysia’s national carmaker Proton Holdings Sdn Bhd is set to be the principal and pioneer automotive factory in the country to implement the new manufacturing technology under the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0).

Second International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Ong Ka Chuan, said the factory located in Proton City, Tanjung Malim, had been selected as the principal automotive factory to implement Industry 4.0, thus making Perak the pioneer state in the country to implement the concept.

He said this was in line with Proton’s partnership with China’s Geely Holding Group to turn it into a car manufacturing hub using new technology.

“The electronic industry is of paramount importance since 40 per cent of raw materials involved in the country’s manufacturing for exports are electronic-based.

“We need more electronic factories using high technology in every state as this method gives higher returns and provides high-paying jobs to the local community.

“We cannot simply create such factories; we need a pioneer automotive factory to lead the way. For this reason, the Tanjung Malim factory would be the first automotive factory to implement Industry 4.0 method,” he told reporters at an Aidilfitri open house and networking session hosted by the Perak branch of the Ministry of International Trade and Industry here, today.

Ong said although there were many factories in Perak, they did not use high technology in their operations and as such, could not create high-paying jobs.

“The implementation of Industry 4.0 in the state would facilitate the creation of new factories which would supply raw materials to the principal factory,” he said. ― Bernama

MORE LESSONS FOR ASSET BASED VALUE INVESTING

1. LAND VALUE WILL APPRECIATE WHEN AN ICONIC BUILDING IS LAUNCHED.

EXAMPLE IS PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS. ONCE A RACE COURSE. NOW A WORLD FAMOUS LANDMARK. PRICES OF LANDS NEAR PETRONAS TWIN TOWERS HAVE CROSSED THE RM3,300 PSF BENCHMARK.

2. WHEN A TRANSPORT HUB IS BUILT.
SEPANG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT CAUSED SEPAND LAND PRICES TO BOOM

TO BE CONTINUED....

THAT'S WHY THE FOCUS WILL TURN TO DRB, MAJU PERAK, TALAMT AND L&G BY VIRTUE OF THEIR PRIME LANDBANKS NEAR PROTON CITY.

2017-07-14 08:50

John Lu

NO 7. SO, AT THE END CALVINTANENG STILL RANK BOTTOM 10 WITH +2.70%. HAHAHAHA

2017-07-14 09:00

calvintaneng

FOR MAJU PERAK AS IN ALL OTHER SHARES
YOU MUST LEARN TO BUY LIKE THIS

BUY 100,000 SHARES OF MAJU PERAK AT 30.5 SEN.

THEY WHEN MAJU PERAK SHARE PRICE DOUBLED TO 61 SEN - UP 100%.

THEN SELL HALF TO TAKE BACK YOUR ORIGINAL COST.

THE OTHER 50% IS YOUR PROFIT.

THEN LET THE PROFIT RUN.

2017-07-14 09:02

calvintaneng

NOW THE SAME INVESTING SECRET IS HERE.

BUY L&G AT 21.5 SEN FOR 100,000 SHARES AT TOTAL COST OF RM21,500

WHEN L&G DOUBLES IN PRICE TO 43 SEN

JUST SELL HALF TO GET BACK YOUR ORIGINAL CAPITAL FIRST.

THEN LET THE PROFIT RUN FOR THE REMAINING FREE SHARES.

GET IT?

NOW GO AND PRACTISE IT.

AND PRACTISE MAKES PERFECT.

GOOD LUCK

Potenza10,

You are correct to pity poor John Lu

But John Lu didn't follow Calvin to buy DRB at 92 sen or Maju Perak at 31.5 sen

What did John Lu bought?

He bought Melewar Steel at 60 sen & cut loss at 30 sen for a total loss of 50%.

John Lu also lose big time when Icon Offshore crashed from 47 sen to 22 sen (a crash of 53%).

Actually I warned John Lu but "she" never listened. At least Venfx is smarter than her.

I also warned NancyTang & Chrischan about the danger of IFCA at Rm1.87. They were both very stubborn and poured scorn on kind hearted Calvin. In the end IFCA went triple limit down to less than 40 sen & both of them disappeared!

Same thing happened to Wahahaha in Tekseng. I told Wahahaha to sell Tekseng above Rm1.00. In stead of listening to Calvin's kind admonition Wahahaha came over to DRB Forum & kept attacking DRB at 92 sen while DRB gone double to Rm1.86.

And Tekseng collapsed by about 50% loss to only 51.5 sen today. And Wahahaha the champion defender of Tekseng also ran away already.

LISTEN! LISTEN! LISTEN!

Calvin calls you to buy safe & defensive stocks & also warn about pumped up conman stocks which you must also take heed.
