Kay - "Opportunity"
SO IN THIS TIME OF CONFIDENT CRISIS IS "OPPORTUNITY"
THIS IS THE TIME TO BUY HIGHLY DEFENSIVE STOCKS
Why NESTLE, F&N AND BONIA CAN GO UP?
ANSWER:
BECAUSE THEY IMPORT STUFF
As USD gets weaker it means STRONGER RINGGIT
AND STRONG RINGGIT MEANS COMPANIES LIKE NESTLE, F&N AND BONIA PAY LESS MONEY FOR IMPORTED STUFF
SO THE WORST THE USD GETS THE MORE THE SAVINGS!!!
AND THAT MEANS HIGHER GAIN ON THE BOTTOM LINE!!
MORE PROFITS = HIGHER SHARE PRICE!!
