From Standard 6 dropout to cattle farming millionaire

DROPPING out of school at Standard Six to be a construction worker before tending to cows is not usually a good idea, but Saipol Azmir Zainuddin had a clear goal in mind.

From a cow herd, he grew into a cattle farmer, before becoming a millionaire at age 33 through cattle farming.

"Although I dropped out of school way earlier than my friends, that didn't break my spirit, because being a farmer has always been my dream," Saipol was quoted by Harian Metro as saying. "I didn't quit my studies for nothing, because I wanted to work as a construction worker."

Saipol's first pay as a construction worker was RM750. He spent RM450 to buy a calf to breed every month and this went on until he was 18 years old.

"By the time I was 18, I've already had 300 cows. During that time, my father and I raised and sold cows to villagers. I saved up all the profit made because it has always been my dream to own a farm," he said.

By 19, Saipol was selling cows full-time and was financially stable. He owned a car and a house. He expanded his business further by applying for a RM100,000 loan through the Farmer's Organisation Authority Malaysia (LPP).

He also managed to expand his market throughout the whole country through the help of LPP and other government agencies.

Now, the 33-year-old millionaire farmer owns 800 cattle, 150 goats and 30 buffaloes.

 
Saipol got a  salary of Rm750 working as a contractor. As he was still staying with his parents he bought a calf every month for Rm450 with his salary. He invested his meager savings instead of consuming them. He did it month after month & year after year. Many years later by age 33 Saipol has turned into a Millionaire.
How?
A young calf worth Rm450 fed with grass as food can grow up to be a cow or bull worth Rm3,000 to Rm6,000.
By selling the meat or milk or trading his cows Saipol became a Millionaire.
He worked for his money.
Then he invested his money & let it grow - literally as cows growing. 
After compounding his wealth & Assets for years he turned into a Rich Man.

Sifu Calvin's research reports are always convincing, comes with attractive storyline.

The facts presented are NOT NEW, and have been discussed in the forums for some time.

Could Sifu give some insights why TA Global's share price still does not perform ?

in fact the share price is at 33.5 sen, down from recent high of 37 sen,(feb 23) thank u !

Thank you. Ta Global underperform the market but Tony himself is buying. Perhaps there is nothing exciting with regard to its dividend as other Reits offer from 5% to 7% dividend?

Last time Tomypak and Mitra shares were unattractive for a long time and tanked. But Insiders were buying. Then suddenly when Tomypak were traded at 40 sen it declared a 4 sen dividend which equalled to 10%. Mitra declared a 10 sen dividend. Tomypak share price then took off to rm4.00 and split(up 1,000%)

Same thing happened to Tn Logis, Kimhin, Yee Lee, Ptaras Jaya and others when shares were not performing and INSIDERS WERE LOADING UP.

SO FOLLOW THE MONEY. IN THIS CASE TONY IS USING HIS OWN MONEY TO BUY TAGB.

SOME DAY SOON I EXPECT TONY TO INCREASE THE DIVIDEND FOR TAGB AND ALSO TA BY PROXY

BY THEN THE MARKET WILL SIT UP. BUT PRICES WON' T BE SO CHEAP LIKE NOE

THE MALAYSIAN MARKET IS NO EFFICIENT DUE TO THE LARGE NUMBERS OF SHORT TERM PUNTERS.
THAT'S WHY VALUE STOCKS ARE OFTEN NEGLECTED AND PUMP AND DUMP SCHEMES ARE CHASED UP.
THUS VALUE INVESTORS WHO PATIENTLY BUY IN TIMES OF FEAR ARE ALWAYS REWARDED WHEN VALUE FINALLY EMERGE AND COME OUT INTO THE OPEN.

RM342,000,000 profit from TAG's disposal is PER-TAX - below extracted from TA's 2017Q4 accounts: -

A10 Subsequent Events
There were no material events subsequent to the end of the current financial year except as disclosed below:-
On 10 January 2018, the Group announced that TA Little Bay Pty Limited (“TALB”), a 60.17% owned subsidiary of the Company has completed the disposal of undeveloped land comprising of 8 development lots and 26 house lots with total land area of 98.193.3 square meters (24.26 acres) located at 1406-1408 Anzac Parade, Little Bay, New South Wales, Australia, to Karimbla Properties (No.50) Pty Limited “KPPL”. Total cash amount of AUD245,000,000 (RM774,000,000 equivalent) plus GST was received in consideration of the disposal. The disposal will result in a pre-tax profit of approximately AUD104,000,000 (RM342,000,000 equivalent).

Thank you. This payment was received on 10 Jan 2018. So rm342 millions should be about 6.34 sen profit under Tagb account. And it will also be reflected positively in Ta Enterprize acc.

Investment is at its best when it is most businesslike

Meanwhile all who just do surface reading of both Ta and Tagb accounts will see a lousy quarter and sell them down

Remisiers and even Fund Managers who are careless will also miss this gem.

HENCE BY SEARCHING AND CAREFUL SCRUTINY VALUE INVESTORS WILL TAKE POSITION.
AND NO ONE KNOWS THE TRUE STATUS OF TAGB AND TA BETTER THAN TONY TIAH

SO HE IS GOBBLING UP TAGB SHARES ON THE CHEAP. JUST LIKE HE DID WITH TA WHILE CHEAP.
