I have An Investment Approach I which I would like to all.

Dear Fellow Investors of i3 Forum

 

On August 5th  2014 Calvin issued buy call on Gsb at 10.5 sen

Take some GSB at 10.5 cents first 

Then queue some at 10 cents 

And some at 9.5 cents

 

Today on June 12th 2018 GSB hit Chun Chun Jackpot of 100% gain at 21.5 sen closing.

 

So far so good!

 

Now I am excited with a stock that 99% of the Market has totally given up hope altogether

 

And that stock is a PN17 Stock called Mp Corp

 

And because all have totally given up all remaining hope. This seeming hopeless PN17 Stock called MP CORP is now in Calvin Tan's Investment radar

 

I think no other i3 Forumers know MP CORP'S Taman Nusa Damai more than Calvin

 

Why?

 

In year 2012 I bought One House in Jalan Kijang 2,  Taman Scientex, just beside Taman Nusa Damai.

The Price of this house has gone up by 300%!! today.

 

In year 2013 I bought another 2 houses here

 

One in Jalan Kancil 19, Taman Scientex

One more in Jalan Sentosa 5, Taman Nusa Damai

 

Both above houses have also gone up by 200% each.

 

So I know Taman Nusa Damai like the back of my hands. I am no arm chair analyst at all.

 

NOW I AM HAPPY TO SEE NEAR MY HOUSE IN JALAN SENTOSA 5, TAMAN NUSA DAMAI - BINA PURI IS BUILDING 400 HOUSES FOR SALE

 

20x60 2 storey houses starting price is Rm488,000 a unit. It comes with Gated & Guarded Facility. A Pool & Club House.

Location is just opposite School/Mosque of Taman Nusa Damai.

 

 

I am happy to call Rubin from Premier Plus - the sole marketing agent for Puri Residence, today

 

And to my glad surprise!

 

All the units priced at Rm488,000 in phase one have been Sold Out. Now only Phase two & Phase Three are open for sale.

 

Some few units left from Phase One are now going at Rm504,000 a unit

APTEX PRIME COMMERCIAL LANDS IN NUSA DAMAI

Landscaping and drain pipes laying would cost around Rm25 psf today (How could these lands be Rm11.09 Book Value only?)

Price should be at least Rm60psf to Rm80 psf

If opposite KL Petronas Twin Towers? Then Rm3,000 to Rm3,500 psf

When Mp Corp was 35 Sen Focal Aims was only 11 sen in Year 2009

Ecoworld Took Taman Kota Masai from Focal Aims at Rm1.40

Then price surged to over Rm4.00 (Up 4,000%)


When Ecoworld surged to Rm4.00 Mp Corp only gone slightly above 50 sen

Now in Jalan Belibing, Taman Kota Masai

Ecoworld is asking Rm45 psf for these empty lands

Study this Map Carefully

On the Left is Bandar Sri Alam (Syed Moktar took UM LAND Private at Rm3.00) Lands here going at Rm50 psf (No more now.)

To the Right is Taman Scientex (Scientex Share Price up to Rm10 and split). All 100% sold out now no more houses for sale. Only shophouse for sale.

Further to the East is Bandar Bistari Perdana (Taken over by Mahsing & renamed to Bandar Meridin East (Phase One Rm400K (18x65 compact 2 storey) sold)

South of Bandar Meridin East is Taman Kota Masai (Focal Aims)
In 2009 Focal was 11 sen. After changed to Ecoworld price up 4,000% to Rm4.00
Now 20x80 houses for sale above Rm500K (But small built up with only 3 rooms)

MAHSING PEOPLE SAID ECOWORLD SPEND TOO MUCH MONIES DOING LANDSCAPE. SO HAVE TO CUT COST FOR THEIR HOUSES BY BUILDING SMALLER AND SMALLER.

So they can't make much monies. Better avoid Ecoworld shares. Mahsing is so so only.

INTERCHANGE WILL BE BUILT BY ECOWORLD

THAT HIGHWAY (PLUS) WILL CONNECT TO

TANJUNG LANGSAT PORT TO THE SOUTH

AND TO THE EAST IT WILL GO ON TO DESARU AND PENGERANG OIL AND GAS REGION
