And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.

From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe with their relatives. All these men understood the signs of the times and knew the best course for Israel to take

International Standard Version

The tribe of Issachar supplied 200 leaders, along with all of their relatives under their command. They kept up-to-date in their understanding of the times and knew what Israel should do.

Brenton Septuagint Translation

And of the sons of Issachar having wisdom with regard to the times, knowing what Israel should do, two hundred; and all their brethren with them.

Ha! Orchard Road will light up like a fairy land every Christmas!

So drive in Orchard Road on December 20th to 24th?

No no no! You will probably ge stuck in a traffic jam so better not.

Take MRT to Orchard Road. Ok but it is crowded

Then what to do?

Calvin's best advise is to go and sleep. Then wake up at 3am.

Yes 2am. That is the best time to drive into Orchard Road to see it all lighted up.

Take your sweet time. No car will horn you from behind

All should have gone home by now. YOU HAVE THE ENTIRE FAIRY LAND TO YOURSELVES

Now Chinese New Year is here!

Going to Malaysia for holiday from Singapore

Don't start last minute

Take leave a few days earlier & come back a few days earlier

Why?

To avoid the 6 to 8 hours traffic jams

Best to travel between 2am to 4am when there is least traffic. Or get caught in traffic jams up to 10 hours or longer

That is for the Times during Chinese New Year

Going oversea for a holiday. Best time to visit Japan is March to April 

Why?

Because Sakura Flowers Bloom their best at this time
