Dato' Linda Geh Guat Yeow ("Dato' Linda") has more than 30 years of management and strategic consulting experience with Raine & Horne International Zaki + Partners Sdn. Bhd. She was actively practicing valuation exercise in plant and machinery valuation for local and South East Asia companies. 

Dato' Linda was exposed in more than 50 industries e.g. palm oil, rubber, construction, biodiesel and biogas, glove, mass transportation (aircraft, train and busses), bulk terminal, vessels, oil rig, water treatment plant, reclamation, semiconductor, solar energy, mining, chemical, medical and food processing and etc.

In 2017, Dato' Linda was appointed by the Penang State Executive Committee (EXCO) as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Asia Pacific Masters Games Sdn. Bhd. (Government-Linked Company) to organised the inaugural Asia Pacific Masters Games 2018 in Penang which attracted 6750 participants from 64 countries, took part in 22 sports. A total of RM49.9 million and RM63.7 million was contributed to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Penang and Malaysia.

In addition, Dato' Linda is a registered Environmental Consultant who has more than 20 years of experiences in providing services to manage and control Environment, Safety and Health requirements with international expertise and technologies. She specialises in providing cost-effective solutions for proper urbanisation and industrialisation to meet local requirements and international standards. She is also experienced in preparing and coordinating of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) study for industrial, commercial, residential development, reclamation, special facility and infrastructure projects.
