Ms Candice Chan Siu Ching began her career as an audit associate at Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng in Malaysia in 2018.

She subsequently joined another auditing firm before joining Talam Transform Berhad in 2020. She was initially placed in the sales and marketing department for one year, she then transitioned to the business development and planning department where she currently oversees project feasibility analysis and assisting the Executive Director in her day-to-day operational management.

Ms Candice is the youngest daughter of Puan Sri Datin Thong Nyok Choo and the late Director, Tan Sri Dato' (Dr) Ir Chan Ah Chye @ Chan Chong Yoon who are Major Shareholders of Talam Transform Berhad ("TTB"). Her brother Mr Chan Tet Eu is an Executive Director and Major Shareholder of TTB. Her sister, Ms Chan Siu Wei is a Major Shareholder of TTB.
